卸载重装一下。net
打开“控制面板-》程序和功能-》打开或者关闭Windows功能”，取消“Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5”和“Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7高级服务”前面的勾选，重新启动电脑，然后重新勾选“Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5”和“Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7高级服务”
